Privacy Policy

This page covers every app published by SmallPaper on the Apple App Store and Google Play:

The policy is the same for every app under SmallPaper: we collect nothing.

What we collect

Nothing. Our apps do not collect, transmit, or share any user data.

Where your data lives

Everything an app remembers stays on your device — your ink recipes (Tinct), the Tawaf and Sa’i counter along with haptic and dua preferences (Septem), the last leather thickness, unit, project type and machine thread limit (Subula), brightness and eyes-closed settings (Verd), the °C / °F choice (Fornax), the week you are on, the lunchbox skins you have unlocked, your best score and the sound on/off setting (오늘의 도시락), and your best score with your top five results, the sound on/off setting and whether you have already seen the rule hint (졸음탑). It is kept in iOS / watchOS UserDefaults on Apple devices, and in the app’s private storage on Android.

It may be included in your device’s backup — iCloud Backup on Apple devices, Android Backup on Android — if you have that turned on. Those backups are controlled entirely by Apple or Google and your own device settings. They never pass through us.

Photos (Tinct only)

Tinct lets you attach a swatch photo to a recipe. The photo is processed entirely on your device and stored as part of your local recipe data. Photos are not transmitted anywhere.

Third parties

None of our apps include analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporters, or third-party services of any kind.

Children

오늘의 도시락 — Today’s Lunchbox is intended for a general audience that includes children, and is listed for ages 6 and up. Our other apps are not directed at children under 13.

Because we collect nothing at all, this makes no difference to what happens to a child’s data: none of our apps collect, transmit, or share any data from anyone, including children. They contain no advertising, no analytics, no in-app purchases, and no links out to other services. This is consistent with the Google Play Families policy, COPPA, and the GDPR.
