What helps us help you
If something is broken, the fastest fix comes from knowing three things: which app and version you are on, which phone and OS version, and what you did just before it went wrong. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Your data stays on your device
None of our apps collect, transmit, or share anything — so there is no account to recover and nothing for us to look up on our side. If you reinstall an app or move to a new phone, restore from your device backup (iCloud Backup or Android Backup) to bring your data with you. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Send them. These apps are deliberately small, so not everything makes it in — but requests are the main reason things get added, and we read all of them.
